We stayed at this charming guest house for a few days and it was perfect for our needs. The location was excellent, with easy access to both the bus and train stations. The owner, Alexandria, was lovely and went out of her way to make us feel welcome and help us organize a visit to Auschwitz. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of cheese, ham, breads, and fresh fruit. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with double glazed windows to block out any noise. a great place to stay if you want a homey feel and a taste of traditional Polish hospitality.
100% Recommend this hotel.

The vintage furnishing and antique furniture in this guest house create a jaw-dropping atmosphere of old-world charm. The marvellous breakfast, served in a captivating 19th-century milieu, offers a chance to mingle with people from different countries and engage in lively English conversations. The shared bathroom was consistently clean, and the free parking in the front made it super convenient.

Great location near transportation and within walking distance of attractions. Good Wi-Fi and parking. Owner was very accommodating.
Older building and furniture that is showing its age. Room was basic with uncomfortable worn beds and a shared bathroom that was not ideal.

We were also pleasantly surprised by the picturesque garden at the back of the house, providing a peaceful and relaxing environment. The attention to detail in the rooms was noticeable, with comfortable furnishings and a good bathroom and shower. Moreover, the staff made us feel right at home, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere throughout our stay. The breakfast options were varied and plentiful, offering a generous spread of delicious food, including a choice of preserves, bread, cake, meats. Additionally, it was great to have tea and coffee available at all times.

The breakfast was good and filling, and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. They provided us with a lot of information about the area, and the room was quiet and peaceful. We also enjoyed the fact that there was a garden where we could relax and unwind.
The room was quite worn and dated, and could use some renovations. It was also located quite far from the city center, which made it difficult to get around without a car.

I had a great stay at this hotel in a beautiful historic neighborhood. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and the tram/bus stations. The rooms had a nostalgic ambiance with enough space to swing a cat. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options.
No major complaints, everything was ok.

The rooms at Piano Guest House were so cozy and inviting. I loved the wooden decor and the spaciousness of the rooms. It made me feel right at home!
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the separate toilet and shower in the bathroom. But hey, I know some people might actually like that setup!

We had a blast exploring the charming streets of Krakow and visiting the famous market square. The kids absolutely loved wandering through the bustling streets, trying out different local snacks, and admiring the beautiful architecture. It was a great experience that allowed us to immerse ourselves in the vibrant culture of the city.
My wife says that it would have been even better if the guest house had a small playground or some outdoor activities for kids.

This guest house is a great choice for its welcoming and helpful staff, clean and tidy rooms, and a traditional Polish breakfast. It is conveniently located close to the railway station, in the city centre, and only a 25-minute walk to the town centre where the markets are. Even though it is situated next to a cemetery, it offers a peaceful environment, and some rooms have nice views to the backyard.
Some guests might find the area surrounding the guest house noisy due to trains passing by frequently.
